1. Shipping
Most domestic orders are shipped within1-2 weeks via Priority shipping with tracking. If applicable your tracking number will be sent to you.
Important – International orders are shipped within 8 business days via Hellenic Post First Class with insurance. If expedited delivery is needed I can invoice you for a shipping upgrade. Please convo me for details before your item is shipped out. Once shipped changes to shipping cannot be accommodated.
Please note international delivery times can vary greatly and your country may impose customs and/or taxes and other fees that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Ppinkydolls is not responsible for these fees.
Please note, I only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account.
2. Payment options
I accept payments via PayPal only.
Payment Plans are available – If you are interested in a payment plan, please contact me and I will put the item on Reserve for you.
A non-refundable 50% downpayment is due at that time. The balance is due within 60 days. We can set up a payment plan at the time of transaction for when payments will be made. You can choose to have payments split into 2 or 3 installments. The item must be paid in full within 60 days of initial transaction, otherwise I reserve the right to remove the reserve and sell the item.
3. Returns & exchanges
I do *not* offer returns or a refund. Purchases/Orders cannot be cancelled. Every item I create represents an investment of time, energy, and money. I take pictures that I believe appropriately and accurately represent the items for sale. If you have questions or concerns about this, please contact me for any further details you require before making a purchase. All of my items are handmade, they are not factory perfect.
